fili\u00e8re des traitements anti-rejets ainsi que la fabrication de cellules souches, de peau, et organes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine de l\u2019oncologie, Lyon s\u2019est forg\u00e9 une r\u00e9putation de 1<sup>er<\/sup> plan mondial pour sa recherche, par exemple dans le domaine du lymphome<\/p>\n<p>Lyon s\u2019affiche aussi comme une \u00e9cole des neurosciences sur les traces du Pr Michel Jouvet<\/p>\n<p>Ou encore comme capitale de la gastronomie renforc\u00e9e par les travaux de recherche men\u00e9s au Centre Europ\u00e9en de Nutrition pour la Sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 but Lyon\u00a0is also the \u201ctransplant capital\u201d where the procedure for\u00a0anti-rejection treatment, as well as for the creation of\u00a0stem cells, skin, and organs first came into existence.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of oncology, Lyon has forged a world-leading\u00a0status for its research, most notably in lymphoma.\u00a0Lyon is also known as a school for neurosciences, following in\u00a0the footsteps of Professor Michel Jouvet, or even as the\u00a0gastronomic capital, a reputation strengthened by work\u00a0from the European Centre for Nutrition and Health and\u00a0the Paul research.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is within this rich landscape in the sciences and health that\u00a0high-quality projects are being developed in Lyon\u2019s centres in the Investing for the Future programme\u00a0encompass both research and treatment on the value chain\u00a0(for some they are carried out at specified points along the\u00a0chain, for others
